Founded in 2012, Apex Hotel Advisors provides hotel brokerage, consulting, and advisory services to the hospitality industry. Our perspective comes from the front lines — hotel ownership, operations, and investment through complete market cycles, including the recovery years that reshaped hospitality real estate. We have seen the highs and lows of hotel investment, and we track the asset values, franchise dynamics, and financing conditions that drive them.

We use that background in hotel investment, ownership, and operations to develop strategies tailored to the objectives of each private and institutional client — with advice designed to accomplish your goals, not ours.

Jason C. Dent

Managing Broker

Jason Dent has built his career around hotel ownership, operations, acquisitions, valuations, and hospitality investment advisory. During his time as Managing Partner of Allstay Hospitality Group, a Missouri-based hotel ownership and management company, he oversaw hotel operations while leading acquisition strategy, property valuations, investment analysis, and portfolio growth.

That experience provided firsthand insight into every stage of hotel ownership, from daily operations and revenue management to capital improvement planning, renovations, acquisitions, and dispositions. Rather than viewing hotels solely as real estate assets, Jason understands the operational and financial decisions that drive long-term performance and value.

Over the course of his career, Jason has advised hotel owners, investors, lenders, and hospitality professionals on acquisitions, dispositions, valuation analysis, operational strategy, and investment decisions. His experience combines practical ownership knowledge with financial analysis and market expertise, allowing him to provide thoughtful guidance tailored to each client's objectives.

Today, through Apex Hotel Advisors, Jason helps clients confidently navigate hotel acquisitions, dispositions, investment opportunities, valuations, and complex hospitality transactions.
