Technical information. Our hosting provider (Netlify) processes standard server information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver the Site securely. We do not currently run third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing pixels on this Site, and we do not use cookies for tracking.

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, provide requested materials (such as market reports), and communicate with you about our services. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
Where Information Is Stored
Form submissions are stored in our secured database hosted by Supabase, with access restricted to Apex personnel. Hosting and delivery are provided by Netlify. These providers process data on our behalf under their respective security practices.
Retention
We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to respond, maintain our business records, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see below).
Your Choices
You may contact us at any time to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information you submitted through the Site. We will honor such requests except where retention is required by law or legitimate business records purposes.
If you provide your email through a form, we will use it to respond and, where you have requested materials, to deliver them. We do not operate a marketing email list from this Site at this time.
Children
The Site is intended for business audiences and not directed to children under 13; we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
We use reasonable technical measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted database access, and security headers — to protect information submitted through the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
