Mr. Dent brings a wide range of income producing real estate experience to his clients. He is currently a managing partner of Allstay Hospitality Group, based out of Missouri, of which owns and operates hotels. In addition to his oversight role, he is responsible for hotel acquisition and valuation. Jason’s operational experience includes hands-on hotel management, sales & marketing programs and coordinating renovations. His management and marketing skills are not without merit, in that two of Allstay’s hotels have recently enjoyed 25% revenue increases, even in the face of the weakest economy in six decades. Jason's wide ranging knowledge of the hotel industry, including ownership and management, will be a true asset to his clients. Although these duties have kept him busy, he has the organizational ability to devote nearly full time to his brokerage efforts.
